Was looking for a... bigger fish tank for my 2 goldfish, searched on Google online, wasn't sure about Pet at Home, Argos and The Range, as they either don't have the right size and measurements and they are mostly in black.Tried Paraquatics in Hove, and they have exactly of what I need in size and colour. For £85, it's very reasonable and it came with everything you need, and easy to assemble. The staff/manager was very helpful and professional, and very friendly too.Overall, you are going to find this shop has everything you need for your aquarium, that you won't find elsewhere.Highly recommended especially for beginners as they are expert in the area.read more

Always clean &... tidy. Healthy looking stock in all the tanks. Bigger fish were in reasonable size tanks (in comparison to some other places) Staff acknowledge you when you enter the shop but, aren't pushy like so many places. Staff are friendly & helpful.read more

Wonderful aquarium... shop, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. They won't just try to sell you the most expensive things, they take their time to understand your needs and wants. The selection of fish is fantastic and it is nice to know where they come from (whether captured or bread in captivity). It is a little expensive I guess when compared to the big chains but they are an independent shop and, in this day in age, it is so important to support the independants as the service really is top rate.read more

Excellent service,... very helpful friendly staff great looking stock, all the fishes, corals (hard & soft) looked to be in good health.SG is kept at 1.024—1.025 even in the fish only tanks which is good as it means the fish are kept in water similar to what they are used to. This also means less time acclimatising to their new home when we buy them. This shop has been there for over 30 years so must be doing something right.Would certainly recommend.read more
