Never received my... purchase or received a refund 1 year after ordering.After paying, I was told part of my order was out of stock. I emailed a person called Karen to request cancelling the entire order after nothing was delivered well after the due date for the new stock. No reply. I sent another email asking Karen to cancel the order, but again no reply, and no refund. I emailed again recently to request money for an order I never received, again no reply, and no refund. Rather than theft I'm assuming this is gross incompetence, but either way I never received goods for which I had paid.read more

Definately the best... aquatics shop in sussex, and one of the best in the country, one of my tanks sprung a leak, not only was i given a temporary solution, but the new tank i needed was ordered and delivered within 2 days, just outstanding service. Well done!!read more

Always clean &... tidy. Healthy looking stock in all the tanks. Bigger fish were in reasonable size tanks (in comparison to some other places) Staff acknowledge you when you enter the shop but, aren't pushy like so many places. Staff are friendly & helpful.read more

Wonderful aquarium... shop, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. They won't just try to sell you the most expensive things, they take their time to understand your needs and wants. The selection of fish is fantastic and it is nice to know where they come from (whether captured or bread in captivity). It is a little expensive I guess when compared to the big chains but they are an independent shop and, in this day in age, it is so important to support the independants as the service really is top rate.read more

Excellent service,... very helpful friendly staff great looking stock, all the fishes, corals (hard & soft) looked to be in good health.SG is kept at 1.024—1.025 even in the fish only tanks which is good as it means the fish are kept in water similar to what they are used to. This also means less time acclimatising to their new home when we buy them.This shop has been there for over 30 years so must be doing something right.Would certainly recommend.read more
