Shipping & Delivery
Delivery on some items is restricted to the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges are in some cases not added automatically to your bill.If you wish to have a final payment price before we send your order please make a note on the order form and we will send you an e-mail with the final payment total.
Goods in stock will normally be delivered to you within four working days(accept weekends & bank holidays).We are dependant on our suppliers for the availability of goods we do not hold in stock.All goods will normally be dispatched within 28 days unless you are advised of any delay or those goods are no longer available.
Different items on the same order may be dispatched separately .
Most products are delivered by Signed for – first class post. A courier will deliver large or high value items and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of the goods.You should keep your receipt in a safe place.
Although we do everything we can to meet delivery and times quoted ,delivery times can sometimes be affected by factors beyound our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Where multiple purchases are concerned ,all items will be packaged as saferly and as economically as possible to avoid multiple charges on postage & packing.(Please note because of this you may be charged less than your outstanding balance will show when ordering).

Privacy & Security
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy.We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt.If we accept your order, we will send you the product(s),at which point we make a legal contract with you.Payment will be processed when your order is accepted,however we will be entitled to refuse your order if we feel it necasary in which case we will e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know.
When you order you will have an oppotunity to check the details correct and correct any input errors.
In deciding to accept your order we may use information you have given us or already hold about you.
If we decline your order on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
Please be sure to supply us with the registered name and address for the credit card being used – this will be your address as it appears on your credit card/bank statement.
This address check service costs us £3.00. Therefore, if the address check we run concludes that the name or address supplied are completely different, we will have to charge £3.00 per subsequent address check to verify your details.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations will be accepted on most items upto the point of us sending out your order,except special orders that we deem as sold as soon as we have ordered them specially for you,once in transit the items are deemed to be sold and you should read our returns policy.
All items should be checked before signing for them and breakages reported to us On 01273 733996, and the courier responsible at the time of delivery and the delivery should not be accepted.
No responsibility can be taken for broken items once signed for.
The following are guidelines wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances:-
If your product(s) develops a fault within 12 months of delivery (or if there is another defect with your order) we will offer a prompt repair, exchange or credit note. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
For consumable items(e.g. probes etc) the guarantee period is three months.
Any Orders returned through a simple change of mind situation will be entitled to a refund for the good Only.
Ordering, Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges can be found in Delivery pricing when you check out. You may pay by most major credit or debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order. Prices ,offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
